As a coach, you can sign up for a free
website. Once you sign up, you add a team "group" and then
invite your parents and other relatives to join! The calendar
is a great place to place your schedule and practices not to mention
the birthdays of all your players, AND each entry to the calandar
has a reminder you can set so that the day before the game (or the
day of) all members get a reminder email!
It's a really cool site and it's your option as to
whether everyone can see it or just your team (after your aproval).
The site includes:

A photo gallery to upload photos or videos

A news section to add news articles about how the
games went or other newsworthy items

Documents - really useful for uploading the
contact list, batting stats, or other stuff..

are in your league, or past teams you've coached)

And you can customize your color scheme to fit
your team and upload your own logo!
