The 2010 Hueytown Purple and Gold Classic will once again be at Hueytown's Allison Bonnett Park.

The Birmingham Mustangs Dusti will be hosting this tournament. This is a Saturday only tournament.

This will be a 2 pool, single elimination tournament for 8u, 10u, and 12u teams.

Allison Bonnett Park is the home of Hueytown Fastpitch Softball and has hosted this spring tournament for 6 years under different names and hosted by different teams. This is the Fourth Year as the Hueytown Purple and Gold Classic and it has become one of the best tournaments of the Spring Season!

Entry to this tournament is still OPEN. Any team wanting to participate should fill out this FORM and call Gary Wray at 205-612-3082. Team Insurance and NSA Sanctioning is mandatory for the tournament but proof of both can be shown on tournament day.

We've had snow, rain and beautiful sunny days, but we've never cancelled a tournament. Even with the snow of 2008 hitting us on Saturday Morning, half the field came out on Sunday and we held the tournament anyway (and most left with sunburns!)

So make sure you put this tournament on your schedule for this spring and get in soon, we've also had to cut off registration every year as we usually fill up quick!
