To Whom It May Concern:
We consider the programs such as our Hueytown
Fastpitch Girls Softball to be very important. Our young people
today are faced with many serious problems. It is our goal to
provide good, clean, supervised activities to help keep their
energies focused in the right direction.
This is an invitation to join our efforts by
advertising your business at Allison-Bonnett Girls Softball Park. We
have several options that you can advertise and help the girls that
participate in our activities.
1.
NEW
Field Sponsors! This year we will
have our four fields sponsored individually by
businesses, rather than having multiple business signs along the
fence of each field. For a contribution of $1,000, your business
will be the
ONLY
Sponsor, besides the Pepsi
Scoreboard,
on
the field for an entire year
(including the spring and fall season). A sign with your company
logo will be displayed in the most visible spot, under the score
board. With no other businesses displayed on the field and all
eyes looking to keep watch of the score, your company will be
noticed for sure! First come, first serve, so act fast!
2. Another option we have this year is the
NEW Sponsorship Marquee! This
will be the first year we will have a special sponsorship
marquee for businesses to have their names on the GOLD, PURPLE
or WHITE sponsor display. This marquee will be displayed in the
most populated place of our park for all to see who is a GOLD,
PURPLE or WHITE sponsor. Get your company noticed by
contributing to one of the following:
As a
GOLD SPONSOR you will receive the
following for your contribution of $500 or more:
− Your business name listed on the
highest sponsor level, Gold Sponsor, on the GOLD marquee
for an entire year. This will cover the spring and fall
season.
− A
GOLD SPONSOR plaque to
display at your business
− A FREE half page business ad spot
in this years program
− Your business name listed on the
Hueytown Fastpitch website and listed in this year’s
program as a GOLD sponsor.
As a
PURPLE SPONSOR you will receive
the following for your contribution of $300:
− Your business name listed on the
PURPLE marquee for an entire year. This will cover the
spring and fall season.
− A FREE quarter page business ad
spot in this years program
− Your business name listed on the
Hueytown Fastpitch website and listed in this year’s
program as a PURPLE sponsor.
As a
WHITE SPONSOR you will receive the
following for your contribution of $150:
− Your business name listed on the
WHITE marquee for an entire year. This will cover the
spring and fall season.
− Your business name listed on the
Hueytown Fastpitch website and listed in this year’s
program as a WHITE sponsor.

young people.
