Board

The Hueytown Park Board at Allison Bonnett Park is elected each year by the Current Board and the Coaches of the Current year.  The Board now takes office in July and the term is through next June (after All Star Season).

Anyone can run for a Board Position.  A list is posted of all the positions toward the end of the current season.  Parents have the opportunity and are encouraged to place their names under one of the positions.  You should only do so after understanding the position, what is required of you, and if you are sincerely wanting to improve the park.

Input is always welcome.  You can always give a member of the Board an Idea.  That's how this website came to be in 2002.  Another way to get your idea to the board is to email it to webmaster@hueytownfastpitch.com. I will forward it to a board member.  You can also go to the Softball Forum and post your ideas under "SUGGESTIONS FOR PARK IMPROVEMENT". To do this you must register on the forum then post the suggestion.
